Guess what I did last Friday (July 24th)? Like most people, I went to watch Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. I know some people wouldn't be very happy for me to say this, but I thought the movie was okay. As usual, the movie wasn't long enough to fit all of the information that was in the book, but I enjoyed the special effects. I have to admit, some parts were a bit creepy. Creepy in the sense that I was disturbed, but I was also putting it into the perspective of, "What if this was real?" It usually takes more to creep me out, but I have to admit, I use to fantasize that I went to Hogwarts so that brought more out of my imagination. Last weekend was very very tiring. I had a 2-day Ultimate Frisbee Tournament where I had to play a total of 7 games! Keep note that each game was about 1.5 hours and the finals was about 2 hours. Long, eh? Oh, I forgot to mention, my team received SECOND place! We had a chance to get first place, but my team was exhausted since we played really hard. Heck, I couldn't even run on Day 2. I had new calluses and blisters forming on my feet that running with a real pain. I had to push myself really hard to move, let alone to run. Nothing but soreness! Posted on Jul 29 2009 by Kidd
